The Crown Property Bureau, in cooperation with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, has launched a new learning center showcasing seven distinctive cultural events from Rattanakosin Era. They are: The Celebration of Ratchanadda Lohaprasart, Thai Traditional Outdoor Movie Screening, Following the dedicated works of His Majesty the King over the period of 64 years on the throne, The Royal Consort of His Majesty the Queen’s Official Birthday - August 12th, A Century of King Chulalongkorn on the centennial occasion of HM King Chulalongkorn’s departure, December 5th, “Maha Chakri Narubodintra” – His Majesty King Bhumibhol’s Official Birthday. These special events will be held in the Event Hall and the surrounding area, Maha Jesada Bodin Pavilion, Mahakarn Fortress, and Ratchnadda Temple, presented by the state-of-the-art multimedia technology.

          7 Cultural Events at Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall are organized to reflect Thai traditional arts and cultures, as well as lifestyles and entertainment activities literally occurred in the period of Rattanaoksin, the religious belief as adopted by Kings and Leaders of the Kingdom through their subjects, the uniqueness and warmth of Thai society that continues to thrive for eternity.

          The purpose of these special events is to preserve local intellects of Rattanakosin era and hopefully to be a guidance to Thai society in the present time.
